This is a safe, private space for the questions you're not ready to say aloud. Please read this fully — it explains exactly how your privacy is handled, what this service is (and isn't), and how we keep you safe. Initialing each section and signing below means we both begin with clarity and trust.

1. What Aureya Azhari Privé Is

Privé is discreet, text-based coaching and education — for personal development, confidence, communication, relationships, intimacy (nonclinical), and spiritual clarity. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical or psychological care, and OyaFunmi is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or physician. Coaching does not diagnose or treat any condition.

2. Our Privacy Promise — and Its Honest Limits

Privé is designed to minimize the personal information you must share. You may use a chosen name or private client ID, we communicate on an encrypted platform, and we collect only what's necessary. We will never claim your sessions are "totally anonymous" or "100% protected." No digital service can honestly promise that. Encryption lowers risk — it does not erase it.

3. What We Collect & How We Protect It

Only your chosen name / client ID, coaching-relevant notes, and payment confirmation.
Communication stays on a secure, encrypted platform — never ordinary text or a personal phone number.
Payment details are handled by a separate processor and never stored in session messages.

4. Records & Deletion

Session messages are retained per our published Records & Deletion Schedule, then deleted, unless you request otherwise in writing.
You may request deletion of your information in writing; honored within the stated period, subject to any legal hold.

5. Confidentiality & Its Limits

What you share is held in confidence, except where OyaFunmi may be required to act or disclose:

You threaten imminent harm to yourself or someone else.
Abuse or exploitation of a child, elder, or vulnerable person triggers a legal reporting duty.
A valid court order or subpoena requires records.
You share, screenshot, or publish the conversation yourself.
A platform or device security incident occurs beyond our control.

6. Crisis & Safety

Privé is coaching, not crisis care. If you are in emotional crisis or danger, reach out now: 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) · text HOME to 741741 · 911 for immediate emergencies. If something clinical arises, coaching will pause and you will be lovingly referred to a licensed professional.

7. How Sessions Work

Format: scheduled live-text sessions or async message-access membership, on the encrypted platform only.
Response windows are stated in writing and posted; Privé is not a 24/7 crisis line.
Adults only (18+). Prepaid only — sessions and packages are paid in advance.

8. Payment & Cancellation

Fees follow the current Rates & Packages agreement; packages are prepaid and time-limited.
Reschedule with the notice stated at booking; late cancellations may forfeit the session or incur a fee.
Package sessions are non-transferable; refunds follow the terms stated at purchase.

9. No Guarantee

Coaching supports your growth, but results depend on your own effort and circumstances. No specific outcome is promised.

10. Assumption of Responsibility & Hold Harmless

I understand that OyaFunmi is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or physician, and that Aureya Azhari Privé is educational coaching — not a substitute for licensed mental-health or medical care. I take full responsibility for my own choices and well-being and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release and hold harmless OyaFunmi and Aureya Azhari Privé from any claim or damage arising from this coaching relationship, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. I confirm I am 18 years of age or older.

11. Your Acknowledgement & Consent

What This Means for Our Work Together

If a crisis emerges during a session, coaching pauses immediately and I will share the resources above and encourage you to use them right away.
I will invite (never force) an emergency contact and general location at intake — anonymity limits my ability to help you in a true emergency.
If a clinical need appears, I will pause and refer you, warmly and without shame, to a licensed professional.
I never diagnose or attempt to treat any condition. This is coaching and education, not therapy or medical care.
Privé is not a 24/7 crisis line; response windows are stated in your Client Agreement.
